Clear. Aromas and flavors of spiced jicama, pear custard, and rice candy have a nice floral note with a soft dryish light-to-medium body and a creamy pudding and anise accented finish. Bright, vibrant and flavorful. (tasted on Nov-11-2010)

Clear with a silvery straw cast. Mild aromas of candied lime zest, condensed milk, kiwi, and rice pastry with a supple, oily dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a waxy honeycomb, rice candy, and egg custard accented finish.
