Golden straw color. Creamy vanilla, nougat, and caramelized pear aromas follow through on a soft, supple entry to a fruity-yet-dry medium-to-full body with lovely balance and persistence. Finishes with a tangy citrus custard and delicate spiced nut accented fade. A delicious sipper or pair with scallops and sautéed river fish. (tasted on Jan-05-2009)
