Pale golden straw color. Lush gooseberry jam, creamy cashew brittle, and lemon curd aromas with a supple, silky dry-yet-fruity medium body and a tangy and grassy earth accented finish. A tasty sipper or table wine; try with Alaskan king crab. (tasted on Nov-08-2010)

Pale golden straw color. Aromas of sweet and hot peppers, lemon granita, and white chocolate hazelnut brittle with a buoyant, fruity-yet-dry medium body and a zippy, kiwi, carrot, and grass accented finish. Different and fun; try with chicken or shrimp mole. (tasted on Nov-08-2010)

Pale silvery straw color. Appealing aromas of grapefruit, pear caramel tart, lemongrass and cream follow through on a silky entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium body with kiwi and apple notes. Finishes with soft, tangy, mineral-kissed accents. (tasted on May-17-2010)

Tropical aromas of guava, dried mango, chestnut honey, and praline with a supple soft dry-yet-fruity medium body and a sweet and hot pepper puree, green tomato, lemon grass, and candied green apple accented finish.
