Pale silvery straw color. Baked lemon, yellow apple, and pistachio praline aromas. A crisp entry leads to a tangy, dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body of honeyed lemon, kiwi jam, and nectarine skins. Finishes with a delicate creamy lime custard and green pepper accents. A very pleasant, balanced, and refreshing sauvignon blanc. (tasted on Oct-27-2008)
