Pale silvery straw color with green cast. Floral, white potpourri and lychee nut aromas follow through on a lively, silky entry to a fruity sweet medium body with good depth and perfumed intensity. Bold caramelly peach custard tart and lemon meringue aromas follow through on a round entry to a sweet and fruity medium body with intricate pomelo, guava, and pineapple notes on the creamy vanilla kissed finish. Aromas of fresh ginger, lemongrass, cucumber grape aromas are reminiscent of a Thai cucumber salad and follow through on soft, brisk entry to a fruity sweet light-to-medium body with fleeting orange rind and grape seed accented fade. Very different and reminiscent of a lighter British ginger wine. Use in marinades, sauces and cocktails for best results. (tasted on Jul-15-2010)
