Olive tapenade, strawberry-raspberry gelato and toasted meringue aromas follow through on a rich, satiny entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium-full body with superb depth,and amazingly balanced mouthwatering acidity. Concludes with a long, jazzy cocoa and delicate herb and spice nuanced finale. A fantastic sipper or table wine to pair with mushroom risotto, duck confit, or pasta carbonara. (tasted on Jul-12-2010)

Rich aromas of crushed raspberry, chocolate wafer cookie, and vanilla cream have a subtle hint of oregano and baking spices and follow through on a supple entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body with chocolate malt shake, boysenberry and dusty mineral notes on the zesty rosemary nuanced, smooth tannin finish.
