Apple custard, baked pineapple, and toasty pecan praline aromas follow through on a round, supple entry to a fruity-yet-dry medium-to-full body with very good depth and well balanced oak. Finishes in a long, tangy, juicy brown spice and kiwi accented fade with a hint of smoke. Very nice; pair with grilled Mahi mahi. (tasted on Jun-05-2009)
