Nearly opaque garnet amethyst color. Complex aromas of grilled sweet and hot peppers, herb rubbed pork, singed cedar, and spicy chocolate mint. Round and supple with a smooth, dry-yet-fruity medium-full body. Long evolving finish with a solid core of tangy pomegranate, currant and accents of smoked thyme, rosemary, incense and honey.
