Pale straw yellow color. Honey, dried apricot and delicate potpourri aromas follow through boldly to a fruity-yet-dry medium body with a creamy texture and a long, elegantly balanced finish. Amazing fruity flavor in a dry food friendly style. (tasted on Aug-15-2008)

Golden straw color. Waxy apple, pistachio oil, and delicate sandalwood aromas. A vibrant entry leads to a tangy, fruity-yet-dry light-to-medium body with notes of rubber and honeyed peaches. Pale straw emerald color. Sweet honeyed apricot and lilac aromas follow through on a soft round entry to a fruity light-to-medium body with a good depth and excellent balance. Finishes with a tangy tangerine and peach fade. A delicious food friend offering to pair with spicy Thai food. (tasted on Sep-16-2008)

Straw color. Fresh sliced green pepper, tomato leaf, lime, and tarragon aromas are vibrant and attractive and follow through on round, smooth entry to a tangy, fruity medium body with white peach and melon notes. Finishes with a long, juicy, citrusy, mouthwatering fade. Delicious. (tasted on Sep-08-2008)

Rich gold color. Rich elegant buttery nougat and lemon meringue aromas follow through on a lush entry to a fruity-yet-dry medium-to-full body with honey and nectarine notes and lingering fruity finish. An excellent sipper or pair with Alaskan king crab. (tasted on Aug-15-2008)

Peach blossom, honeyed apricot, lychee, and peppered cheese rind aromas follow through on a soft, satiny entry to a fruity-yet-dry medium body with great integration and balance. Finishes with a touch of green apple, wet stones, and delicate spice. A lovely, seamless gewurz that forgoes flash for charm. Will be great with any fish dish. (tasted on Sep-18-2008)

Finishes with a long refreshing tropical citrus and praline fade. A very nice lightly oak aged fumé style sauvignon blanc. (tasted on Sep-26-2008)
