Garnet violet color. Lush aromas of cassis, peach blossoms, almond nougat, and apricot pudding follow through on a supple entry to a fruity-yet-dry medium-to-full body with excellent depth and bright acidity. Finishes with touch of toffee, roasted nuts, clementine, slate and spice on the long refreshing fade. Wonderful balance and drinkability; pair with any meat. (tasted on Oct-02-2008)

Ruby black color. Currant custard, wet clay, and nougat aromas follow through on a soft, supple entry to a dryish medium body with tangy berry, black cherry, and mineral accents. Finishes in a sweet spice and toasty praline fade with fine, polished tannins. A nicely balanced cab to pair with steaks. (tasted on Oct-06-2008)

Dark garnet color. Baked plum, apple, dried currant, cassis, and white clay aromas follow through on bright entry to a crisp, fruity medium body with excellent acidity, fig, and nutty nougat accents and delicate spice fade. A rock solid, claret-like table wine to pair with a rib eye. A real sense of place here. (tasted on Sep-22-2008)
