Bright straw hue with a rich mousse. Toasty, leesy nose. A crisp entry leads a medium-bodied palate with a crisp texture. Rounded through the finish. A solid quaffer. (tasted on Aug-15-2007)

Old gold color. Sweet aromas of creamed honey, beeswax, orange and peach marmalade. A lightly effervescent entry leads to a tangy, fruity sweet medium body of peach jam, beeswax, and candied citrus peel flavors. Finishes with a crisp, refreshing waxy fruit fade. Old gold color. Vibrantly floral honey and peach aromas. A supple entry leads to a sweet and fruity medium-full body and rich, honeyed, dried apricot fade. A lushly fruity offering to pair with fruit, cheeses, and nuts for dessert. (tasted on Aug-15-2007)

Burnished reddish copper color. Mild aromas of raisin, cocoa, and burnt sugar aromas follow through to a moderately sweet medium body of mocha, dark caramel, raisin compote, and brown spice flavors. Finishes with a tangy, sherried, chocolate covered tangerine, roasted hazelnut, pepper, and mild coffee fade. Interesting mocha-raisin flavors make this a unique treat. (tasted on Aug-15-2007)

Pale ruby nickel color. Sour cherry, brioche and melon aromas. A vibrant entry leads to a tangy, tart medium-full body with fruit and toast flavors and a very zesty and long orange and lemon finish. A great food wine to match with hot spicy Asian and Latin cuisine, particularly duck dishes. (tasted on Sep-26-2007)

Pretty salmon copper color. Floral peach, honey, lemon, flint, and huckleberry aromas follows through to a round, supple, fruity sweet medium body with lemon curd, nectarine, and fuel-like mineral flavors. Finishes with a fruity elegant citrus and mineral accented fade. An unusual but highly successful merging of riesling and huckleberry juice. (tasted on Aug-15-2007)

Finishes with a long, tangy fruit and mineral finish with creamy vanilla and pie crust notes. A very nice dry rose to pair with duck or salmon dishes. (tasted on Sep-12-2007)
