Chocolate coffee, crispy bacon, baked berries, and roasted nuts follow through on a satiny entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body with excellent depth, balance and smoothness. Finishes with a long, tangy spiced nut, baked apple, black pepper, and earth mineral fade. A delicious, crowd pleasing syrah. (tasted on May-17-2010)

Garnet violet color. Bright raspberry-choke cherry jam on graham cracker follow through on a round, supple entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium with great purity of raspberry fruit and a touch of savory sundried tomato in olive oil. Finishes on a drying, pithy note with cherry pit and grassy earth accents. A nice table wine. (tasted on May-17-2010)
