Finishes with a long, earthy nut and clay fade. Amazing purity and depth, but highly unusual and rustic. A cocktaillian's gordian knot sure to inspire unusual and memorable cocktails. Delicate aromas of sweet floral plum, wet rice paper, and marzipan follow through on a soft, slightly tannic entry to a fruity light-to-medium body with nice tangy plum skin and artisan maraschino cherry fruit and a wisp of almond skin. Finishes with a gentle rice dust, suede and mineral accented fade. An attractive and pure light plum liqueur; try as a substitute for white vermouth in cocktails. (tasted on Sep-15-2009)
