Deep burnished copper orange color. Egg-nog-like custard, peach tart, buttery caramel, buckwheat honey, and white pepper aromas. A vibrant entry leads to a thick full-bodied palate of peach cobbler, brown spice, burnt sugar, and a breath of whisky barrel oakiness. Finishes with a warming tangy dried apricot, white pepper, mineral, and oak spice fade. Interesting and funtry for a clever Fuzzy Navel. (tasted on Dec-14-2006)
