Clear with a silvery straw cast. Aromas of citrus marmalade, cucumber relish, potpourri, peppery spice cake, and pine cone-like juniper follow through on a smooth, supple entry to a dry-yet-fruity full body with great depth, vibrancy and balance. Finishes with a long, zesty, floral, saffron accented fade. A powerful, well balanced and distinctive gin. (tasted on Jul-28-2010)

Clear. Sweet floral juniper, lemon custard pastry and and pink peppercorn aromas follow through on a very soft, silky entry to a glycerous medium-full body where pronounced piney juniper notes emerge with great depth and intensity. Finishes with a long, warm pepper, river stone, and creamy meringue accented fade. A stylish, smooth, nouveau gin with a lovely arc of flavor. (tasted on Jul-27-2010)

Clear. Aromas of mashed dates, Earl grey Tea, clove gum, and frosted raisin bran cereal follow through on a round, supple entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body with very good depth and vitality. Candied dried citrus, piney juniper, black licorice and peppery spice notes crescendo on the long, warming finish. Deliciously distinctive. (tasted on Jul-28-2010)

Clear. Interesting aromas of vanilla-banana custard, dried citrus, mildly medicinal roots and herbs, and shallot follow through on a satiny, supple entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium-full with very good depth and excellent smoothness. Lightly floral, minty and violet-like juniper notes emerge on the graceful finish. An elegant, almost feminine gin that will be great in martinis. (tasted on Jul-28-2010)

Clear. Dried flowers, onion-pepper relish, lime custard pastry, and green herbal juniper aromas follow through on a round, supple entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body with bright herbal depth and a smoothness. Finishes with a long, fresh cut pine, pink pepper, wintergreen, lemongrass and violet-lavender talc fade. Quite a lot going on here, very impressive. Will make for super flavorful, crafty cocktails. Aromas fresh lemon peel, lavender talc, peppered cucumber, and mint cream follow through on a soft, silky entry to an oily dry-yet-fruity medium body with subtle depth and smoothness. Finishes with a rise of dried herb and spice, candied citrus, and mild wet juniper and pine needle notes with fruit gum on the aftertaste. Very smooth and elegant, if understated on the juniper. Clear. Aromas of graham cracker, lemon zest, and bold herbs and spices have a lovely layer of piney juniper and follow through on a silky entry to a dryish medium-full body with great vibrancy and balance. Finishes with a long resinous juniper and floral talc fade. A flavorful, rather culinary gin. (tasted on Jul-27-2010)

Clear. Rather neutral and creamy, potato vodka like aromas do not evince gin and follow through on a round, supple entry to a dryish medium-to-full body with grainy frosted pastry notes. Finishes with a hint of piney juniper, dried flowers, and citrus marmalade on bread. A very clean and well crafted spirit for those not a fan of juniper, but not really a gin, more of an citrus vodka or genever. (tasted on Jul-28-2010)

Clear. Aromas of candied orange peel, chili pepper, and cardamom follow through on a round, silky entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium-full body with sharp waves of buttercream, cayenne pepper, candied ginger, and piney juniper on the fiery, wintergreen and lemon verbena accented finish. Lots of gusto here that will make bold, flavorful cocktails especially with tonic. (tasted on Jul-28-2010)

Bold, baklava, lemon meringue pie crust, and leafy herb aromas are more in the genever family than London dry and follow through on a soft entry to a dryish, glycerous medium-to-full body with good depth and lemongrass, fresh herb and spice notes. Finishes with a long, wintermint, fennel, coriander and dried citrus accented fade. Different and fun; try in artisan cocktails, particularly flips. (tasted on Jul-27-2010)

Clear. Interesting aromas of coriander, caraway, banana pudding, and dried lemon are more reminiscent of genever than gin and follow through on a round, buoyant entry to a dryish medium body with leafy juniper, bubblegum and lemon verbena notes and a warming wet stone finish. Curious and genever-like; try in retro-cocktails, fizzes and flips in particular. (tasted on Jul-27-2010)

Finishes with a warm pepper, mineral, and citrus gelatin accented fade. Very understated juniper, but smooth and appealing. (tasted on Jul-27-2010)
