Finishes with a delicate, resonant fade with flourishes of juniper, wet stones, and citrus. Clear. Sweet candied citrus, nutmeg custard, and piney juniper aromas follow through on a smooth, vibrant entry to a glycerous dry-yet-fruity with great depth, smoothness, and vibrancy. Finishes with a long honeyed citrus, lemongrass, and herbal juniper fade. A fantastic gin that will cover all bases. (tasted on Jun-01-2009)

Pale amber pink color. Aromas of sweet berry and citrus pastry, floral hops, honey and spice follow through on a soft,silky entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body with wintermint, mango custard, dried lavender, and herbal juniper and sweet spices on the gentle polished finish. Clear. Nicely meshed aromas of anise and nutmeg with a layer of delicate juniper and minerals underneath follow through on a very soft, satiny entry to a vibrant, dryish medium body with wet grain, dried citrus and riverstone notes. Finishes with a layers of dried citrus, and flowers cinnamon and spice melange reminiscent of egg no or spice cake. Try in martinis. (tasted on Jun-11-2009)

Clear. Aromas of cream of wheat, brown sugar, licorice, and delicate peppery spices follow through on a supple, satiny entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body with citrus and peach custard and herbal juniper notes. Finishes with a vibrant anise seed, citrus marmalade on a sweet wheat cracker, and white pepper fade. A smooth, lively gin and will shine in cocktails. (tasted on Jun-11-2009)

Finishes with a long, evolving mint, smores, citrus frosting and juniper fade. A very different, confected yet and appealing gin that would be great in martinis, fruity cocktails, or even Coke.
