Clear. Perfumed plum and lanolin aromas. Smooth and supple with a glycerous medium body of prunes, dried apricots, mild fruit pomace, and white pepper. Finishes with a peppery, oily, suede and mineral fade. A very nice grappa with good fruit, texture, and distinctive smoothness. (tasted on Jan-25-2007) |

A soft entry leads to a buoyant light-to-medium body of grilled jicama, prune, and light petrolly mineral flavors. Finishes in a tangy, charred pineapple, white pepper, and muddy straw fade with lingering, tongue-numbing warmth. A solid mezcal for making interesting agave-based cocktails.
