Clear. Perfumed plum and lanolin aromas. Smooth and supple with a glycerous medium body of prunes, dried apricots, mild fruit pomace, and white pepper. Finishes with a peppery, oily, suede and mineral fade. A very nice grappa with good fruit, texture, and distinctive smoothness. (tasted on Jan-25-2007)

Clear. Grassy, peppery aromas. Supple entry. Dryish medium body. Good herbal and green pineapple agave presence with a grilled pepper back notes. Finishes with nice length and a touch of wet stone minerality to round out the fruit. Very nice-- a good choice for margaritas. (tasted on Jan-25-2007)

Clear. Sweet candied lemon peel, mineral dust, and delicate juniper aromas. A gentle entry leads to a dryish light-to-medium body of powdered sugar, cream, lemon peels, and prairie grass. Finishes with a gently dried citrus and powdered milk fade. Pleasant if understated --reminiscent of lemon vodka. (tasted on Jan-25-2007)

Brilliant golden pale amber color. Smoky agave, grilled pineapple, and prairie fire aromas. A soft entry leads to a buoyant light-to-medium body of grilled jicama, prune, and light petrolly mineral flavors. Finishes in a tangy, charred pineapple, white pepper, and muddy straw fade with lingering, tongue-numbing warmth. A solid mezcal for making interesting agave-based cocktails. (tasted on Jan-25-2007)

Deep glassy amber color. Fruit nut fudge, star anise, and caramel aromas. A soft, gentle entry leads to a dryish medium body of caramel corn, honeyed rye toast, nuts, and peppery brown spices. Finishes with a fruity caramel, charcoal, and white pepper fade. A competent mixing brandy. (tasted on Jan-25-2007)
