Finishes with a long, tangy dried citrus, roasted root vegetable, and peppery spice hop fade. A delicious, dangerously drinkable doppelbock. (tasted on Mar-10-2010)

Aromas of melted toffee and apple butter on rye toast follow through on a supple, vibrant entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium-full body with layers on toasted bread, grain, caramel, and dried fruit. Golden yellow color. Tangy dried peach and lemon and bread dough aromas follow through on soft, crisp entry to a dry light-to-medium body with seamless balance and subtle depth of flavor. Finishes with hints of grassy earth and bread. A very true to style pilsner with effortless drinkability. (tasted on Nov-04-2009)

Rich reddish brown color. Spicy, caramelized nut, malted chocolate, and delicate earth aromas. A rich entry leads to a snappy medium body of tangy chocolate covered citrus, butter roasted nut, and spice flavors. Finishes with a sweet dark chocolate, earthy hop, and fig fade. Very flavorful and easy drinking. (tasted on Nov-07-2006)

Brilliant amber color. Caramel on raisin toast aromas follow through on a chewy entry to a dryish medium-to-full body with great depth, effervescence and vibrancy. Finishes with more dried stone and citrus fruit nuance and gentle earthy hops. A very nice domestic maibock with a fine balance of malt. (tasted on May-07-2010)

Old gold color. Cream, earthy, piney hops, and very faint soap aromas. A round, vibrant entry leads to a frothy, tart medium-full body of lemon curd and custard, toasted nut bread flavors. Finishes with a tangy, sweet citrus and roasted grain fade. Nice vibrancy of flavor. (tasted on Nov-10-2006)

Lightly yeasty bread dough, dried fruit, and toffee aromas follow through on a round, supple entry to a dryish medium-to-full body with great balance of savory roasted vegetable and honey baked bean notes. Finishes with a long, crisp, citrusy and mossy hop accent. A delicious and highly drinkable food beer that will go fantastically with chili con carne. (tasted on Nov-04-2009)

Beautiful amber color. Toffee, dried cherry, and baked lemon aromas follow through to a supple chewy and fruity medium-full body of with layers of caramel, dried peaches, and brown sugar. Finishes with a long caramelized citrus fade. A somewhat candied, but refreshing and sexy brew. (tasted on Feb-23-2007)

Amber honey color. Pie spice and caramel nut aromas. Dry crisp and refreshing well putt together with appealing multigrain and spice flavors. (tasted on Feb-23-2007)
