Brilliant amber color. Aromas of grilled pineapple, honeycomb, papaya yogurt and pepper with a round, fruity-yet-dry medium-to-full body and a long, tangy and warming pepper bread, arugula, and roasted nut driven finish. Delicious and a really nails the style. (tasted on May-01-2013)

Brilliant copper color. Aromas of cashew and almond butters on toast with a supple, fruity-yet-dry medium-to-full body with a warming peach compote, praline, pepper, and radish finish. Very tasty with a chewy texture and kick befitting a bock. (tasted on May-01-2013)

Golden amber color. Aromas of orange and peach yogurts, brioche and candied yams with a frothy, dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a tangy, lemon pepper, herb, grass and beet accented finish. (tasted on Nov-13-2013)

Minutely hazy amber color. Caramel and honeyed toast aromas reveal a layer stewed veggies with a crisp, frothy, dryish medium body and roasted root vegetable and grain driven finish with grassy hops. Serve with food. (tasted on Mar-13-2013)
