Hazy sunrise orange amber color. Enticing aromas of pineapple-peach soufflé, cashew brittle, coriander, and pink peppercorns with a silky fruity-yet-dry medium-to-full body and a tangy, banana custard pie, kiwi sorbet, salt, and savor herbs on the long, zesty finish. Hazy pale amber color with a fine blanket of foam. Aromas of apples, citrus, pungent herbs, and pinot gris with a satiny, fruity medium-to-full body and a tangy, peach, white cherry, toffee, and prickly pepper finish. Very tasty and warming. (tasted on May-01-2013)

Hazy deep amber copper color. Aromas of honey-buttered scone, dried fruit, and toffee with a supple, dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a refreshing, beautifully balanced finish with emphasis on roasted nuts, cocoa, and grass. A great take on the style. (tasted on Sep-04-2013)

Minutely hazy light amber color. Aromas of buttery almond brittle, dried citrus, melon sorbet, and frisée with a chewy, fruity medium-to-full body and a tangy, nicely savory peach compote, sea salt, banana taffy, and grassy herb driven finish. A solid, flavorful tripel. (tasted on May-01-2013)
