Deep ruby garnet color. Aromas of bacon chocolate, baked cherries and faint chamomile follow through on a soft entry to a dryish medium body with very pure and tart pomegranate and vanilla cream notes. Finishes with a tangy, chewy tannin finish. An excellent food wine.
