Opaque purple color. Dense, fairly closed aromas reveal a hint of blueberry compote, cocoa, and beeswax. A big round entry leads to a fruity-yet-dry medium-full body with tangy blackberry fruit and zesty baking spices. Finishes in a vibrant fine, chewy fruit tannin fade with zesty cranberry and citrus like acidity. A spot on, table friendly petite sirah hat will do nicely with spicy Latin beef dishes.
