Brilliant yellow straw color. Vibrant aroma of cut green pepper, white grapefruit, peach, and wheat grass follow through on a very crisp entry to a tart, dryish light-to-medium body with kumquat, crabapple and a hint of tar. Finishes with tart, quenching lemon juice and hay notes on the drying fade. A mouth puckering food wine that will cut through butter sautéed fish like a laser.
