Pale golden straw color. Fruity aromas of crushed peach, lychee nut, and delicate spice follow through on a silky entry to a dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body with tangy citrus and wheat grass notes. Finishes with a long, crisp mineral and dried flower accented fade. A delicious and balanced aperitif and great food wine to pair with grilled shrimp dishes.
