Felberjörgl 2007 Morillon Höchleit'n, Südsteiermark.

Pale straw color. Clementine soufflé, dried mango, and praline aromas follow through on a soft, silky entry to a dryish light-to-medium body with hay, cornichon, and honeyed orange and lime peel notes. Finishes with a crisp, refreshing and lingering mossy stone accented fade. A nice lighter bodied chardonnay style that will make an excellent foil for scallops.
