Medicinal herb, green peppercorn, pencil shavings, hickory smoked bacon fat, and caramelized root vegetable aromas follow through on a soft, supple entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body with good balanced and a tangy, refreshing citrus marmalade and spice fade. A very tasty red with a ton of character, yet easy drinking; serve with steak fajitas and smoked pork dishes.
