Pistachio nougat, cherry compote, and beeswax aromas follow through on a round, supple entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body with sundried tomato, raspberry sorbet, coco-mint and sweet spice accents. Finishes with a long, tangy refreshing fade. A big, yet remarkably balanced and food friendly zin. Pair with ostrich and stews.
