Garnet with a blue violet cast. Cherry cordial, prune, lavender, and custard aromas. A silky entry leads to a dry-yet-fruity medium body of dried cherry, creme caramel, and toasted nut flavors. Finishes with creamy vanilla and cranberry fade with moderate tannins. A supple, refined pinot to pair with roasted vegetables and lighter fare.
