Pale silvery green color. Bright aromas of fresh tarragon jump from the glass and have a nice creamy mint quality and follow through on a supple, silky entry with pine cone and anise seed notes. Finishes with an interesting spiced dried meat nuances on the anise cookie dough fade. Different; try as a substitute for gin in fizzes and flips.
