Light ruby garnet color. Fruity, floral, interesting, phenolic aromas and flavors of cranberry candle, sweet basil, lavender, mylar, rock candy, and dried raspberry with a satiny, vibrant, effervescent, fruity sweet light-to-medium body and an even, captivating, medium-long finish with suggestions of strawberry fruit leather, graphite, spicy apple sauce, clementine, and fruit punch with fruit tannins and no oak flavor. Brachetto is a red wine from Piedmont; while it can be a dry wine, its most famous version is a slightly sparkling dessert wine called Brachetto d'Acqui. This is somewhat of a red version of the popular Moscato d'Asti; Brachetto has flavors of red cherry, cranberry and strawberry with a light sweetness. The wine has around only 6% alcohol and is meant to be consumed very fresh with strawberries, peaches or pound cake with vanilla ice cream.
