Brilliant gold color. Baked aromas and flavors of honey roasted apples and nuts, nougat, and rice cake and bamboo with a supple, bright, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a smooth, stimulating, medium finish imparting overtones of spiced dried fruits, grape skin, and water chestnut finish. A rock solid, chardonnay-like cyser with warm, savory flavors.

Cyser

Cyser is a particular sub-category of melomels, where the fruit in question is specifically: Apples. Some haze may be present here, especially if actual fruit (vs. filtered juice) was used for fermentation.
