Clear emerald straw color. Earthy, minerally aromas and flavors of mossy riverbed, straw, and baked citrus with a tangy, fruity light-to-medium body and a smooth, atypical, swift lemon yogurt, hay, and grape leaves finish with dusty, fine, fruit tannins and no oak. A very earthy and fruity white wine sipper.

Vidal Blanc is a French hybrid grape found in New York State and Canada. Developed in the 1930s, it is ideal in these territories, as the vine can withstand hash winters. Its most famous use is as an ice wine, produced in Ontario.
