Pale yellow straw color. Dusty aromas and flavors of honeycomb, gardenia powder, lemon bar, and buckwheat honey with a satiny, racy, dryish light body and a swift finish that exhibits elements of fresh pressed heirloom apple, white tea, lemon flavored honey, and baguette with fine, fruit tannins and no oak flavor. A simple but charming powdery white wine.

Serve in a White Wine Glass
There is a great deal of white wine produced in Bulgaria, most of it inexpensive and produced from international varieties such as Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier. There is also some white wine made from a local variety known as Dimwit, which produces sweet wines that are meant for early consumption. In general, Bulgarian white wines are meant to be consumed young, to emphasize their freshness.
