Brilliant clear color. Fruity, floral aromas and flavors of spiced apricots and raspberries, peony and orange blossoms, and beeswax honeycomb with a satiny, vibrant, fruity medium body and a tingling, complex, very long finish imparting shades of rose and violet waters and mango chutney finish. A fabulously fruity and floral unaged brandy that Pisco fans will love.

Clear brandy is a category that encompasses unaged grape brandies that do not fit in well-known classifications such as eau-de-vie, pisco, or slivovitz. These are often regional specialties like Rakia or Singani with a fruity character that is not diluted by wood aging. Most of these are meant for cocktails, like Pisco Sours, but the finest can be served neat.
