Light amber color. Interesting aromas and flavors of saddle leather and soap, mink oil, butter roasted grains and nuts, and banana-fig cake with a satiny, vibrant, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a warming, complex, long cashew nougat, fruit cake, dulce du leche gelato, and tobacco finish. A very exotic, leathery whisky with a delicious creamy, fruity center.

American Single Malt Whiskey
Spirits Glass Glencairn Canadian Amber.jpg
Serve in a Canadian Whisky Glass
While rare, there are a handful of American single malt whiskeys being crafted today; they are produced entirely from malted barley. Based on the single malts from Scotland, the American versions also resemble their more famous whiskeys in their peaty, sweet wood notes. Like their counterparts from Scotland, serve after dinner in a small snifter.
