Guests will enjoy a variety of traditional cicchetti, or Venetian snacks as well as two types of aperitivi from the region! Until recently, rosé wines were given a bad rap due to the overly sweet versions found in nearly every corner store. Today, the secret is out – rosé wines are every bit as delicious and complex as their red and white counterparts – after all, they are made from the same grapes! In this class we will see how a little bit of skin contact goes a long way when it comes to rosé wine. Eataly's wine expert will lead us through a tasting of 3 different rosés and we’ll open the doors to the expansive world of pink drinks.
