2010 Botrytis Semillon Semillon
Brilliant golden amber color. Mature aromas of petrol, dried apricot, tepache, beeswax, and saffron with a round, crisp, sweet medium body and a tingling, interesting, medium-length golden raisin chutney, thyme, lavender, and lemon zest finish. An elegant semillon for dessert that has years of graceful aging ahead.

2015 Semi-Dry Natural Apple Wine Poland
Minutely hazy pale gold color. Aromas and flavors of heirloom apple, perry, beeswax, and clover flower with a satiny, soft, dryish light-to-medium body and a scant cornbread finish with papery tannins and no oak. A fruit wine with an old world charm.
