Bright straw green color. Dusty, yeasty aromas and flavors of baked peaches and lemons, praline, sourdough, and herbal soap with a soft, bright, dryish light body and a smooth, brisk starfruit, lime curd, and grass finish with no oak. A dry, very earthy sauvignon blanc for the table.
