NV Nights on Noquebay Michigan
Bright light silvery emerald straw color. Mild, earthy aromas and flavors of dried fruit pits, damp earth and chives, and flour sack with a lean, crisp, dry medium body and a tingling, brisk melon rind, apple core, lemon pulp, and rice paper finish with dusty, papery tannins and no oak. A dry, rather austere and earthy white for oysters.
