Bright, fruity aromas and flavors of Asian pear, anise, and honeydew melon with a silky, bright, fruity body and a tingling, medium-length finish that shows notes of honeyed apples and pears, rice powder, and meringue. A vibrant, fruity junmai with a lot of ethereal qualities reminiscent of a daiginjo.
