Winter Imperial Ale
Amber color. Citrusy aromas and flavors of clementine, nut brittle, pine bark, and frosted almond scone with a round, tangy, finely carbonated, fruity medium body and a smooth, medium-length peach marmalade on raisin toast finish. A gentle warming strong winter ale with easy citrusy fruit flavors.

Alimony IPA West Coast Rye
Deep amber color. Green, hoppy aromas of savory herbs, roasted citrus peels, and pine with a supple, vibrant, finely carbonated, dryish medium-full body and a peppery, compelling, long radish, pepper, citrus seed, and rye cracker finish. A bold and bitter IPA with a spicy rye kick.

Tasmanian Devil Double Ale
Golden amber color. Aromas and flavors of rutabaga, honey roasted clementine, peach custard, and whole oats in a burlap sack with a satiny, bright, finely carbonated, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a tingling, medium-length peppered greens finish. A tasty, easy drinking strong ale with nice flavor and balance.

Strawberry-Lime Hard Cider
Pale light Siam color. Sweet, yeasty aromas of strawberry yogurt, strawberry preserves on sourdough toast, and cajeta with a supple, spritzy, cloying light-to-medium body and a short strawberry soda finish. A sweet but refreshing fruit cider with crisp acidity.
