Belgian Wheat Ale
Hazy golden yellow color. Spicy, floral aromas and flavors of lavender, frosted lemon scone, tarragon and herbs de Provence, and floral tea with a supple, vibrant, frothy, dryish medium-to-full body and a smooth, captivating, medium-long citrus spice cake, watercress, hint of pink pepper, and wheat wafer finish. A vivacious, nicely spiced, saison wheat ale that is sure to please.

Cassius Stout
Black color. Aromas and flavors of dark nut toast, coffee, and dark chocolate with a supple, lively, finely carbonated, dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a tingling, appealing, medium-length honey buttered rye crisp, toffee, and peppered frisee finish. A fun, snappy American style stout with a nice chocolatey malt backbone.

Unorthodox Russian Imperial Stout
Opaque brown black color. Roasted, fruity aromas and flavors of chocolate covered citrus and peaches, chocolate biscotti, fruit salad, and grassy herbs and straw with a satiny, vibrant, finely carbonated, bittersweet medium-to-full body and a smooth, complex, medium-long praline, melon and white grape, orange tea, and peppered greens finish. A nice chocolate and fruit driven beer for slow sipping.

Hazy amber orange color. Tropical, alliaceous aromas of pineapple chutney, chocolate orange peels, pine blossoms and florist shop, and ramps and fried sage with a slightly chewy, bright, effervescent, dryish medium body and a toasted tomato-pepper focaccia and radishes finish. A fun mix of tropical and savory hop and malt flavors.

Herbal aromas and flavors of herb white pizza, roasted root vegetables, potpourri, and pine blossoms with a supple, crisp, effervescent, dry light-to-medium body and a tingling, interesting, medium-long peppered greens and honeyed citrus peels finish. A tasty, nicely hopped pale ale.

Hazy walnut color. Aromas and flavors of roasted chestnuts, dark cocoa, bbq woods and chips, and flat root beer with a soft, petillant, dryish light body and a tingling, swift fig bread crust, cooked greens, and root vegetables finish. A lightly smoky, chocolatey ale.

An exotically spicy and herbal beer.

Minutely hazy old gold color. Alliaceous, tropical aromas and flavors of spiced mangoes and plantains, pineapple upside down cake, onion Kaiser roll, and latex and soap with a supple, soft, spritzy, dryish light-to-medium body and a brisk turnip and jicama, mineral water, and wet grass finish. An interesting mix of savory and tropical notes.
