Brilliant golden amber color. Bright, fruity, spicy aromas and flavors of pepper jelly on rye toast, spice cake, and corn pudding with a satiny, vibrant, effervescent, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a tingling, complex, medium-length pepper bread toast, mixed peppercorns, and radish finish. A delightfully appetizing and savory ale with delicate peppery spiciness that is meshed perfectly.
