Minutely hazy golden yellow color. Earthy aromas of horsehair brush and horse blanket, shriveled fallen apple and pear, pickling spices, and honeycomb with a supple, vibrant, dryish medium body and a compelling, medium-long lemon rind, pineapple husk and nectarine pit, varnished wood, chestnuts roasting in an open fire, and minty grass and mulch finish. A funky, dry scrumpy cider.

English-style ciders range in alcohol from 5-10% and feature austere and muted apple aromas and flavors. These ciders can be produced anywhere in the world, as long as English-origin apple varieties are used. English-style ciders are typically full-bodied and dry, and may also feature a slight “barnyard nose.”
