Bright light emerald straw color. Aromas and flavors of white chocolate s’mores, coffee cake and pound cake with buttercream, hint of rubber eraser, and lit vanilla candle with a silky, soft, off-dry light-to-medium body and a tingling, brisk finish with impressions of creme Anglaise, apple bobbing water, balsa, and white pepper dust finish. A light and breezy fruit cider; try with cheese.
