Aromas of pineapple leaves, cracked pepper, button mushrooms, green apple, butterscotch, and horseradish/kraut with a lightly tannic, bright, spritzy, off-dry medium body and a tingling, brisk nut skins and turmeric powder finish. A liberated and wild cider for the adventurous.
