Bright golden yellow color. Attractive, citrusy aromas of orange soufflé, jasmine and lemon blossoms, lemon poppyseed muffin, and spiced nuts with a supple, full body and a smooth, appealing, medium-long lemon tea with cream, lemon cake, and hint of clay finish. A delicious, lemony witbier with delicate spiciness and stupendous drinkability.

Witbier or wit beers are pale straw to deep golden in color and range in alcohol from 4.5-5%. These unfiltered beers are a style of flavored wheat beer, and derive much of their flavoring from bitter curaçao orange peel, coriander and other spices. This style is distinctly Belgian in origin and has seen resurgence in recent decades. It is now widely produced in the US as a summer seasonal. Noteworthy example of this style include: Hoegaarden White Beer, Unibroue Blanche de Chambly, and Brouwerij de Gouden Boom Blanche de Bruges. Pair with Thai noodles or baked chicken.
