Brilliant amber color. Spicy aromas and flavors of circus peanuts, caramelized fruits, and delicate spices with a slightly chewy, vibrant, finely carbonated, off-dry medium-to-full body and a warming, very long finish manifesting accents of spice cake, apple-plum custard, and toffee finish. A wonderfully rich, balanced, and a satisfying quadrupel ale.

Trappist or Abbey Quadrupel

A Quadrupel ale as the name and math implies, is an even stronger version of a Belgian Tripel ale and can be thought of as Belgian strong ale. It has rich, chewy malt and typical Belgian yeast complexity with warming high alcohol (9-14%ABV) and a dark color. These are best savored in small quantities on their own, or with desserts or rich cream cheeses.
