Brilliant old gold color. Aromas and flavors of apple yogurt, sour cream frosting, and apple pastry with a supple, crisp, effervescent, dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body and a polished, engaging, medium-length finish imparting accents of lemon spritzed apple and melon, honeyed nuts, and straw finish. A flavorful and finely balanced English cider with lovely tannins.

English-style ciders range in alcohol from 5-10% and feature austere and muted apple aromas and flavors. These ciders can be produced anywhere in the world, as long as English-origin apple varieties are used. English-style ciders are typically full-bodied and dry, and may also feature a slight “barnyard nose.”
