Brilliant amber color. Aromas of mace, cinnamon, rum-raisin, orange blossom, patent leather, and tropical pineapple with a satiny, bright, off-dry light-to-medium body and an even, breezy spice cake, caramel coated apricot, vanilla-cola, and licorice finish. A spicy, serious rum with a great copper-pot character.

Medium bright amber color. Delicate, creamy aromas and flavors of macadamia gelato, spiced nuts, cola with lime, and white pepper with a soft, bright, off-dry medium body and a tingling, compelling, medium-length finish with notes of charred nuts, dried fruits, and bbq rubbed meat finish. An interesting sweet and savory rum with a spicy snap.

Clear color. Funky aromas and flavors of fallen pear, sage, overripe banana, and cocoa nib with a glycerous, soft, dry light-to-medium body and a peppery, breezy finish manifesting notes of kiwi skin finish. An interesting and atypical rum for mixed drinks.

Medium gold color. Rich, curious aromas and flavors of lime powder candy, caramel cherry yogurt, and chalk with a soft, bright, off-dry medium body and a tingling, buoyant finish that shows impressions of lime leaves and lemongrass, cola, peppered nuts, and mocha custard finish. A curiously citric and leafy aged rum.
